1. Is Hpy166II a Time-Saver™ Qualified enzyme?
2. Is Hpy166II activity sensitive to dam, dcm or mammalian CpG methylation?
3. How many base pairs should be added at the end of a PCR primer next to the Hpy166II recognition site to guarantee that Hpy166II will cut properly?
