Application Features

• Increasing RNA yield in transcription reaction; enhancing DNA replication.

1. Use 1–3 units per ml in a high yield in vitro RNA synthesis reaction.
2. While a specific NEBuffer is not supplied, E. coli Inorganic Pyrophosphatase works well in any buffer containing Mg⁺⁺ (1-10 mM). This enzyme is typically used in RNA IVT reactions, where the Mg⁺⁺ concentration falls within this range.
