Hi, my name is Keerthana. I go by Kit here at NEB. I've been here almost eight years now, and I'm the group leader for the next-gen sequencing product development team. What I love the most about working at NEB are the people that I work with, all the people in my team, all the different groups that are at NEB, the interactive culture, the environment. Yeah, I love them. NEB creates an environment where your colleagues are not really just colleagues, they become part of your family, they become your friend circle, so really, working with them, but also having that culture where you exchange stories about families and kids and things that you do, that's really both professional and personal support that NEB offers as a culture.
