NEBNext Multiplex Oligos – Unique Dual Index Product Change Announcement

Starting on 06/01/2026 and phasing in on a rolling basis, NEBNext Unique Dual Index Oligos provided in a 96-well plated format will be supplied in Eppendorf twin.tec® PCR Plates (Eppendorf #951020401) and sealed with Agilent Pierceable Aluminum Seals (Agilent #06644-001). This change is being made to harmonize formats across NEBNext Multiplex Oligos products and improve overall product quality.
When one of the impacted products is updated, you’ll find a notification at the top of its product page.

A: While the Eppendorf twin.tec® PCR Plates conform to the standard, 96-well SBS Plate format, there are some differences in the well depth and clearance height that could impact liquid handling automation. If you purchase the product outside of the United States, please contact your local Subsidiary or Distributor’s office.
