No, the 50 ml Magnetic Separation Rack (NEB #S1507) is not recommended for use with the Monarch Mag Cell-free DNA (cfDNA) Extraction Kit (NEB #T4070), as its design is not compatible with cfDNA applications. For cfDNA isolation, we recommend using other commercially available magnetic racks, such as the rack from Permagen (cat. #MSR6X50).
